WALK THE WALK Architectural Fee Discount Randall Kipp Architecture, Inc. is currently accepting residential and commercial commissions at a reduced fee structure of twenty percent (20%) below current fee structures. To qualify for the fee reduction the proposed projects need to meet specific requirements. Intent The intent is to gather a few forward thinking, energy conscious, design conscious, cost conscious clients interested in designing and constructing a new breed of home or business that provides a thoughtful response to our on-going energy crisis in the context of an art-based design solution. By necessity and design, the Architecture will provide attractive, inspired, living/working environments. It will include open spaces, large amounts of properly oriented windows and doors, and appropriate materials and technology inside and out, Requirements The building(s) must be thoughtful of size. Smaller is better than larger! The building(s) must be designed with a modern design profile. The building(s) need to incorporate energy saving technologies. They will include a combination of passive energy savings devices and technological energy savings devices The building(s) must include durable, long lasting, sustainable materials, and eliminate a reasonable amount of construction waste.
